Opened 1994Drama Beauty Cicero opened in 1994, and Monica has spent those decades doing hair the way it should be done: color that actually holds, cuts that grow out right, and honest advice about what will work on your hair.
Blonde is the specialty, but the salon is well rounded by choice. Cutting, styling, extensions, and makeup artistry all live in the same room. That range is what took the work out of the salon and onto sets: a television show in Hollywood, work with General Records, fashion shows, music videos, films, and album covers.
